BSD-9015

Product Introduction
This product is composed of a composite formula of organic monobasic acids, dicarboxylic acids, polyacids, and anti-corrosion inhibitors. The coolant produced by this composite agent has excellent anti rust and anti-corrosion effects on the metal of the cooling system of light and heavy-duty vehicles, such as soldering, cast aluminum, cast iron, steel, brass, copper, etc. It has superior anti rust function, especially the anti-corrosion performance of wet cylinder liners for heavy-duty vehicles.

Product application
Mainly used for producing ethylene glycol type light and heavy load engine coolant. The vehicle coolant blended with BSD-9015 composite additive according to the product blending process and formula can meet the performance requirements of domestic NB/SH/0521-2010, GB29743-2013, international relevant product standards, and OEM product standards.
This product can also be used for industrial and civilian alcohol based aqueous solution antifreeze cooling systems.

Product Features:

1. Long life: Using organic acid technology, the consumption rate of additives is greatly reduced. The coolant product has no precipitates, stable performance, and long-lasting durability. The service life of the coolant product can reach 6 years and over 600000 kilometers;

Packaging and transportation
The product is packaged in 200L plastic drums and 1000L IBC drums. According to the storage and transportation of non hazardous materials, if there is a leak, collect it first and then rinse it with a large amount of water. Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place with sealed storage.

Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
